Mr Phillip Ho
Phillip also holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (First class Honours) from the University of Western Sydney, with a thesis exploring the legal and employment relationship issues surrounding the implementation of provisional improvement notices. Provisional improvement notices are infringement notices for health and safety offences which could be issued by worker health and safety representatives to their employer. He completed his undergraduate degree in Social Science majoring in Sociology and Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations, also from the University of Western Sydney.
