Professor Meredith Nash, Honorary Professor in the School of Sociology, was recently commissioned by the Australian Antarctic Division (AAD) to produce a research paper on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Australian Antarctic Program. The study involved past and present expeditioners as well as participants from head office. The findings of the study include deeply concerning reports of sexual harrassment, discrimination, and exclusion of women in the workplace.

You can read the study and statements from the Minister and Secretary.
